Plenix 2026.10.2 — Account managers, automatic ticket requesters and clearer SLAs
Give every client a named account manager and see each person's book of clients. Tickets from email, the portal, the device agent and the chatbot now add their requester and CRM contact automatically. SLA timers on business-hours policies are easier to read, and security alert routing is easier to set up.

The Plenix Team·1 October 2026·3 min readRelease 2026.10.2 is a quality pass across CRM, ticketing and security alerting. It focuses on making ownership clear: who looks after each client, and who raised each ticket.
New features
- Account managers on companies. When you create or edit a company, pick its account manager from the same people picker you use on tickets, projects and work orders. The account manager appears in the company header and links to their profile.
- Clients managed, on every profile. An employee's profile now shows how many clients they look after, how many are active, and which ones they are, each with a link. Names typed in by hand on older records are matched too.
- Favourite companies. Star the clients you work with most and they stay at the top of the companies hub. Favourites and recently viewed companies follow you to any browser or device.
- Add a new person from a ticket. In the ticket window you can add someone who isn't in Plenix yet. Enter their name, email, phone and job title, choose their company, and optionally add them to that company's Users list. They become a requester in one step.
Improvements
- Requesters are added automatically. Tickets raised by email, from the client portal, by the device agent or through the chatbot now add the person who raised them as the requester. Plenix links them to their CRM contact, or creates one with every detail it has: name, email, phone, job title and company. It matches the company by the sender's email domain when the domain is unambiguous.
- Requester search matches the ticket's company. Searching for a requester on a ticket shows that client's people first. You can switch to all companies with one click.
- Rearrange company tabs. Drag the tabs on a company page into the order you prefer. Your order is saved to your account, and you can reset it at any time.
- Better contact options in a company's Users tab. The menu for each user is no longer cut off. It includes setting or removing the primary contact and the billing contact.
- A richer companies hub. Clickable summary cards show totals, active and managed clients, clients without an account manager, new clients this month, favourites and more. Each card opens the matching filtered list.
- Clearer SLA timers. On business-hours SLA policies, the ticket badge now shows remaining working time, or the actual due date when it is far off, instead of counting working hours as full days. Hover the badge to see the exact target, when the clock started and whether the policy runs in business hours or 24/7.
- Security alert routing. The alert routing page lists every client with search. You can choose your own staff as recipients, add several recipients to one rule, and save changes reliably.
Fixes
- The ticket bulk-action popup (assign company or engineer) is readable in the light theme.
- The "Latest client" card on the companies hub now shows the newest client.
- Company start dates written as day/month/year are read correctly. Two clients whose start dates appeared to be in the future have been corrected.
Security
- Adding someone to a company's Users list from a ticket requires permission to create CRM records. Ticket access alone is not enough.
