Plenix 2026.10.7 — Widget colours that stick, finished print billing and stronger platform security monitoring

The colour you pick for a dashboard widget now applies to every chart style, from a palette of 42 colours. Managed print billing gets itemised invoices and a finished usage tab. Leads Hub now enforces its approval limit. And we have expanded round-the-clock security monitoring of the Plenix platform itself.

Release 2026.10.7 fixes widget colours across every dashboard, finishes the managed print billing screens, tightens Leads Hub spending controls and adds a large upgrade to how we monitor the security of the Plenix platform.

New features

  • 42 widget colours. The colour picker in the widget builder and on every dashboard's KPI cards now offers one shared palette of 42 colours, grouped by shade, plus a custom colour.
  • Multi-colour option. New widgets default to Multi-colour, where each slice, bar group or series gets its own colour. Pick a single colour instead and the whole widget uses shades of it.

Improvements

  • Itemised print invoices. Managed print draft invoices now show usage, the minimum-charge top-up, the device fee and the network fee as separate lines. The lines always add up exactly to the bill.
  • Print billing settings are clearer. The minimum charge is explained in plain terms, and the contract start date sits beside the network fee that it drives.
  • Usage tab finished. A printer's Usage tab explains when billing has not been set up yet, and the lifetime view now prices each month correctly instead of treating the whole period as one month.
  • Leads Hub uses your own email-finder key first. If your workspace has its own email-finder key, Leads Hub uses it before ours, so finding emails does not use up your credits.

Changes

  • Leads Hub approval limit is enforced. If your workspace sets "Ask for approval above" a number of credits, any run that could cost more than that now has to be started by an administrator. Before, the limit was only shown as a warning.

Fixes

  • Widget colours. The colour you choose now applies to every chart style: stacked and split bars, line, area and radar charts, donuts, treemaps, funnels and radial charts. Area charts on the same dashboard no longer take each other's colours, and bars that showed no colour at all are fixed. Older widgets that were saved with the previous default purple can be switched to Multi-colour in the builder.
  • Print billing save. Clearing a price field no longer stops the whole billing form from saving. A printer whose page counter was reset is no longer charged for negative or huge page counts.

Security

  • Expanded platform security monitoring. The Plenix team now monitors the hardening of our production servers around the clock, including SSH access, privileged accounts, kernel protections, containers and changes to sensitive system files. Anything unexpected alerts our team straight away.
  • Browser security checks. Every public Plenix site is checked continuously for the security headers and encryption settings that protect your browser session. Content Security Policy violation reports are now collected, reviewed and acted on centrally.
