The Plenix Team·1 October 2026·5 min readRelease 2026.10.1 brings Leads Hub, a complete lead-generation workspace inside Plenix CRM. You can find companies that match your ideal customer, research them, contact them in a compliant way, and trace each one through to the deal, the invoice and recurring revenue. Leads Hub is part of the Enterprise plan. Lead tools on every plan also get better in this release.
New features
- Ideal customer profiles. Describe who you want to sell to: industry, size, location and must-have signals. You can start from a ready-made template. Plenix suggests refinements as you go.
- Discover companies. Search the official UK company register and open map data for businesses that fit a profile. Every result has a fit score with the reasons behind it. Companies already in your CRM or prospect list are flagged so you never chase anyone twice.
- Prospect accounts. Move prospects through a simple pipeline. You can enrich their details, find and verify contacts, convert a prospect into a CRM company in one click, or disqualify it, which also stops future outreach to that company.
- Monitors. Save a search and Plenix re-runs it on a schedule, dropping new matches straight into your prospects.
- Website research. Point Plenix at a prospect's website and get a short AI summary of what they do and how to approach them.
- Credits you control. Company search, profiles and scoring are included. Only contact finding and verification use credits. Each Enterprise plan includes a monthly contact allowance. You can buy top-up packs by card or invoice, set spending limits and alerts, and turn on auto top-up. If you prefer, connect your own data provider keys.
- Email templates and Content Studio. Pick from a gallery of designed email templates by purpose and industry, or build your own with a drag-and-drop block editor. Use live preview, merge tags, a deliverability score and test sends. Images you upload are cleaned of hidden metadata.
- Landing pages. Build and publish landing pages with a lead form and SEO settings, then link them to a campaign. Visits and conversions are reported by day and by source.
- Multi-channel sequences. Mix email, SMS, call, LinkedIn and task steps. Non-email steps create CRM tasks for your team. A/B test up to five versions, and the winner is promoted automatically once the result is clear. Emails go out within the recipient's working hours, spread across your mailboxes, with daily caps and a warm-up ramp for new mailboxes.
- Reply handling. Replies are matched to the right sequence and stop it automatically. Plenix reads each reply's intent and can open a deal, create a task, notify you, send your booking link or add the sender to do-not-contact.
- Deliverability checks. See SPF, DKIM, DMARC and MX status for your sending domains, alongside list health and mailbox headroom.
- Next best actions. A daily list of the most valuable things to do next, such as following up, calling or converting a prospect. It updates as things happen. Mark each action done, snooze it or dismiss it.
- Attribution and ROI. Follow every lead through deal, invoice and recurring revenue. See which sources, sequences and templates actually produce revenue.
Improvements
- Web forms create leads. Every form submission with an email address now creates a lead, or merges into an existing one. Available on every plan.
- Lead import. Import leads from CSV or Excel with column mapping, a dry run before anything is saved, and automatic duplicate detection by email. Available on every plan.
- Explainable lead scoring. Every score now shows why it is what it is. You can rescore one lead or all of them, and when adding a lead you choose an automatic score or set your own. Once you have 30 or more won and lost outcomes, Leads Hub learns which signals predict a win in your business and weights scores to match. It only does this when the learned model is measurably better.
- Smarter drip campaigns on every plan. Campaigns now stop automatically when a contact replies, on every plan.
- Growth events everywhere. New prospects, replies and conversions can trigger automations and workflow rules, appear in the knowledge graph and show up in global search.
Changes
- Leads Hub is included in the Enterprise plan. Basic lead tools (web forms, import and automatic scoring) stay on every plan.
Security
- Privacy-first outreach. Every marketing email has a one-click unsubscribe. Send-time checks always skip unsubscribed, suppressed and do-not-contact recipients, and if a check can't be completed the email is not sent. The do-not-contact list is stored in a protected form.
- Consent-aware landing pages. People who fill in a landing-page form only join a campaign if they gave marketing consent.
- Automatic bounce protection. Hard bounces are suppressed straight away, and a sequence pauses itself if its bounce rate climbs above 5%, protecting your sender reputation.
- Safe website research. Website research only fetches public web pages, never internal network addresses.
- No new tracking on plenix.cloud. When someone signs up, our website now records which page or campaign brought them, so we can see what works. This uses the page address only. No cookies or browser storage are added, and our privacy policy has been updated to describe it.
