The Plenix Team·21 October 2026·3 min readRelease 2026.10.57 adds Performance (HCM → Performance in the sidebar) and an Org chart (HCM → Org chart). Both are part of the HCM module, so they are on the Business and Enterprise plans. Plans and prices have not changed.
New features
- Review cycles. HR sets up a cycle from a question template, chooses who is reviewed (everyone, or by department, branch or named people), sets the self, peer and manager deadlines and sees exactly who is included before launching.
- Self, manager and peer reviews. Each person writes a self review and their manager writes the manager review with an overall rating, a summary and goals for the next period. Required questions are checked before anything is submitted, and drafts save as you go.
- Peer nominations. When a cycle asks for peer reviews, people nominate colleagues up to the limit you set. A peer can decline with a reason, and a nomination can be withdrawn.
- Question templates. Build templates with sections of rating, competency and written-answer questions, on a rating scale from 3 to 10 points, and reuse them across cycles.
- Calibration. Before results go out, HR sees the spread of ratings across the cycle and by department, and can adjust a rating with a note explaining why. The original rating is kept.
- Release and acknowledge. People see their outcome only once HR releases it, one review at a time, a selection or everything that is ready. They then acknowledge it, with an optional comment.
- 1:1 meetings. Managers and reports keep a shared agenda, shared notes and action items with owners and due dates. Each side can also keep private notes that nobody else sees, HR included. Open action items carry over to the next meeting, and meetings can repeat weekly, fortnightly or monthly.
- Feedback and praise. Give praise on a public wall, tagged with your company values, or private feedback that only the person, their manager and HR can read. Ask colleagues for feedback and answer requests sent to you.
- Org chart. See who reports to whom, built from the manager on each employee record. Expand and collapse teams, jump to yourself, and search or filter by department or branch, with each person's management chain shown.
Improvements
- Performance overview. One page shows your reviews to write, your team's progress, upcoming 1:1s, open action items and recent praise. Every figure opens the list behind it.
- Person summary. Click anyone you manage to see their review history, ratings, 1:1s and feedback in one place.
- Reminders. People with reviews due get a morning reminder, and both sides of a 1:1 are reminded the day before, with the number of agenda items. HR can also send a reminder to everyone still outstanding in a cycle.
- Reassign a reviewer. If a manager leaves or changes, HR can move their manager review to someone else without restarting the cycle.
- Automations. Workflow rules can now react to review cycles and reviews.
Security
- Older performance reviews. Performance reviews recorded before this release are now only visible to HR, the person reviewed, their reviewer and their manager.
