Release 2026.10.20 improves the connections between existing Plenix modules.

Improvements

  • Receive goods from the purchasing screen. Choose an approved purchase order, confirm quantities delivered, and choose each line's inventory destination. Partial deliveries update the outstanding order quantities. Open the receipt to review the draft vendor bill, or retry drafting if it failed.
  • Cloud costs use your accounting currency. Monthly spend and budgets convert using saved exchange rates. Missing rates are clearly flagged and excluded rather than added as though they were the same currency. Account entries can be viewed and deleted, and errors stay visible when a save fails.
  • Benchmarks use current-month activity. Consented resolution and first-response metrics refresh from tickets when viewed. Tickets per endpoint also requires fleet consent. Your own value remains visible while there are fewer than eight contributors; peer comparisons stay hidden until the threshold is met.
  • Keyboard-friendly dialogs. Shared dialogs keep keyboard focus inside the open dialog, support Escape, and restore focus when closed. Receiving, transfers and cloud costs use these shared dialogs.

Fixes

  • Warehouse transfers preserve stock. Completing a transfer removes units at the source and adds the same units at the destination, with both stock movements recorded. Failed transfers roll back and a completed transfer cannot move stock again.
  • Receiving and stock stay together. A stock-write failure rolls back the receipt and purchase-order progress. Over-receiving is rejected, and a SKU found in multiple warehouses requires an explicit destination. Draft bills reflect the delivered proportion of purchase-order tax and respect bill approval thresholds.
  • Field-service completion respects inventory. Part consumption and job completion save together. Insufficient stock leaves the job open, with an error to resolve.
  • Pricing follows live seat rates. The pricing comparison and signup highlights use the configured security and RMM rates. Seat changes through the older admin endpoint also refresh plan-access caches.
  • Consent withdrawal takes effect immediately in comparisons. Revoked or out-of-scope contributions are excluded from peer statistics, including when the cohort drops below eight tenants.
