Plenix 2026.10.12 — Document branding is a Professional plan feature
Your own logo, letterhead, accent colour and footer on invoices, proposals and emails are part of the Professional, Business and Enterprise plans. Starter documents show your account name.

Release 2026.10.12 makes clear which plans include document branding.
Changes
- Document branding is included from the Professional plan up. Your logo, letterhead, accent colour and footer appear on invoices, credit notes, bills, proposals, invoice and proposal emails, and in the customer portal on the Professional, Business and Enterprise plans.
- Starter documents show your account name. On the Starter plan, proposals and proposal emails carry your account name in a plain header, with no logo, letterhead or footer.
- Your settings are kept if you change plan. If you move down to Starter, your branding is stored and comes back as soon as you upgrade again.
